Memorial Day Weekend Gary, Shelby, and I hiked the Granite Tors trail near Fairbanks to start off the summer. Although it was late May and we'd had record breaking temperatures and there was a forest fire only ten miles from here you can see that down in the valleys there's still a considerable amount of ice.
