The clauseses

So I'm turning in all my Nome trip receipts at the moment and started checking out the *** READ BEFORE DRIVING VEHICLE*** list of extra conditions and legal fine print. Here's a uniquely northern clause (it's in bold on the terms and conditions sheet):
Absolutely no seal oil is permitted in the vehicle, or an extra charge of up to $200 may apply
